Australia has an amazing public bathroom system. They are everywhere! Clearly marked,easily accessible, and surprisingly clean.

This one was all automatic. You pushed a button for the door to open, another button for it to close, a button for the seat to come down from a metal door behind the toilet, where it is automatically washed between uses, a button for toilet paper. Music played.
